How Statewright handles account, workflow, connection, billing, and optional telemetry data.
Statewright processes the account details you provide, workflow definitions and run history, API-key and connection records needed to operate the service, and billing records associated with your plan. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Statewright.
We use this information to provide Statewright, secure accounts and connections, enforce plan limits, process payments, respond to support requests, and investigate service reliability or abuse.
Statewright uses privacy-focused website analytics that remove query strings and fragments from tracked page URLs and referrers. Website session recordings and diagnostic error reports are optional. You can allow or withdraw that optional telemetry from the preference control on the site.
We use service providers to host and operate the service, process payments, deliver authentication and connections, and provide optional diagnostics. Your selected AI client, model provider, or integration may process information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. To ask about your data or account, email support@statewright.ai.
